The temperature in Gardiner hit 88 degrees yesterday!  As summer temperatures roll in and runoff continues to fade – fishing the Yellowstone and Gardiner Rivers will get more and more accessible.  We’re at the point now that you can hit the banks with a pair of sandals and a fly rod.  We took the owners son, Ben Bierle out to the Gardiner river the other day and he went for a swim after hooking into a few browns.   By the way, he hooked those browns with a chubby dropper rig – not bad for early June…
