A second area downstairs offers a gathering space that boasts complete coziness and rustic charm. This downstairs rec room is the perfect place to shoot pool, play cards or watch a movie on the huge flat screen. If sitting inside doesn’t suit you, you can spill out onto the deck from the dining room and soak in views of 11,000 foot Electric Peak, the tallest peak in the northern stretch of Yellowstone Park. It’s truly stunning. A fire pit patio with built in seating will take you into the night under the stars. So many options!
The owner of this home is a lover of beautiful art and photography and guests love the artwork found throughout the home. Location: Exploring Yellowstone Park is what it’s all about and this often involves a good deal of driving. Being able to stay right in Gardiner, right at the north entrance makes longer treks into the Park possible. Gardiner is also the only year-round entrance to the Park and winter visitors find it a perfect choice for winter time exploring!
